Certified laser cladding with powder

ALOtec Dresden GmbH has received two important certifications for its laser cladding with powder process:

Operator qualification (DIN EN ISO 14732:2020-12)

Our plant operators are officially certified.
The examination confirms that they are able to set up, control, and monitor laser deposition welding safely. This ensures that the process is used correctly by qualified personnel.

Process verification (ISO 15614-7:03-2020)

The procedure itself has been reviewed and approved.
This involved verifying that our laser powder cladding process is technically sound and delivers reproducible results. Among other things, the following were tested:

Tested and certified by DVS – Deutscher Verband für Schweißen und verwandte Verfahren e.V. and the HWK Dresden – Welding Training Center.
