We use laser cladding to carry out preventive protective measures on components that are highly susceptible to wear.

Laser cladding as wear protection for a blade impeller

We weld a hard alloy based on cobalt-chromium onto the highly stressed component surfaces – as in the case of this impeller.
Particularly in the case of this impeller, which is used in a pump, we can greatly reduce the effects of cavitation with this hard alloy. This significantly increases the service life of the entire component.
