NEW
ALOpowderslim powder nozzle
Some repair spots sit in tight component geometries, for example between the crank webs of a crankshaft. That’s exactly where our new powder nozzle comes in. Only 10 mm wide, it reaches into areas that are difficult to access for repair and rebuilds worn or damaged spots directly on the part. Combined with our compact mobile robot system, this also works in tight conditions, for example in engine rooms or workshops on site. Typical parts: crankshafts, bearing seats, shafts, conveyor screws.
Reach. Restore. Ready.

ALOpowderslim powder nozzle
For tight component geometries
Whether a part can be repaired often comes down to access to the damaged area. If it sits in a tight geometry, things get difficult. That’s exactly what we developed the new powder nozzle for.

Only 10 mm wide
Cladding in areas that are hard to reach
Only 10 mm wide, it reaches into areas that are difficult to access for repair and rebuilds worn or damaged spots directly on the part.
Laser cladding
Repair instead of replacement
For parts with damage or worn spots, that means: they stay in service instead of going to scrap. A repair takes a fraction of the time a new part would need and costs accordingly less.

System engineering
Mobile repair systems
Compact robot systems for on-site use. Small enough for tight engine rooms, strong enough for the cladding head.
ALOpowderID
Cladding for internal surfaces
Internal cladding head with 60° angled nozzle. Coats and repairs pipes, cylinder liners and blind holes – from the inside, up to 1,000 mm deep, from Ø 70 mm.
