Experience mobile laser processing live: ALOtec Dresden at the SLV conference in Halle

Our colleague Lukas Olawsky, development engineer at ALOtec Dresden GmbH, gave exciting insights into the possibilities of mobile laser technology at the SLV Halle conference “Mobile laser processing incl. manual laser welding”. Under the title “Laser to Go: Mobile laser processing of large components”, Lukas Olawsky highlighted the innovative fields of application of our ALOflex mobile laser system.

Lukas Olawsky presented practical examples of how the mobile ALOflex laser system overcomes demanding challenges that would otherwise entail enormous logistical and financial outlay. For example, an XXL gearbox housing in the mining industry was repaired directly on site – a logistically almost impossible process without mobile laser technology. Another impressive example shows how pressure sleeves in the steel industry were effectively treated using mobile laser hardening to increase service life and reduce maintenance intervals.
